Pharrell William's "Marilyn Monroe" Sheet Music on Chromatik

Michael Jackson may have appeared at the Billboard Music Awards in a tepid hologram performance, but his legacy lives on stronger in Pharrell’s new single, “Marilyn Monroe”. Pharrell’s spastic, yet slightly funky, production emulates the King of Pop’s freaky side, harkening back to the eerie “Billie Jean” music video. That’s not to say Pharrell makes the song a blatant copy of Jackson’s style, this sounds like a song the producer would make for Justin Timberlake back in the early 2000s. This time, however, Pharrell seems confident enough to take on vocals himself, with a little help from a classic pop icon.
